My Journey to Becoming a Therapist

The desire for both freedom and connection has always been central to who I am.

For many years, I pursued freedom through travel and cultural immersion, only to discover that true freedom comes from freeing ourselves from limiting patterns and behaviors.

This realization led me to a journey of inner freedom through self-connection, starting with Nonviolent Communication (NVC) workshops.

NVC became the cornerstone of my communication style, fostering deep connections with myself and others.

Driven by a desire to help others find the same freedom, I pursued training as a yoga and relaxation therapist, deepening my understanding of the mind-body connection. Over time, I expanded my expertise to include Gestalt Therapy, Systemic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).

Each of these modalities has shaped my integrative approach to therapy, providing a broad toolkit to help you navigate your challenges and create lasting change.
